Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor workmanship and material quality.
- Verify that construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, and relevant building codes.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, site engineers, and project managers to resolve quality issues.
- Document inspection results, prepare daily reports, and highlight potential risks or defects.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and site protocols at all times.
- Monitor progress against the project timeline and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with Malaysian building standards (JKR) and local construction regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
