Kiaramas Development is seeking a dedicated Inspector of Works (Civil & Structural) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising all Civil and Structural (C&S) works, ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
As an Inspector of Works, you will act as the quality control guardian on-site. Your expertise will ensure that construction activities meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and inspect all Civil and Structural (C&S) works on-site to ensure adherence to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Verify the quality of materials and workmanship against industry standards and contractual requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and prepare daily or weekly site reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, site rules, and environmental guidelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and design deviations.
- Conduct regular site walkthroughs to identify potential risks or non-conformities.
- Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and final inspection reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Civil and Structural site supervision or inspection.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction materials, and structural principles.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with contractors and team members.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
- Familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
