Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect M&E installation works on-site to ensure full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular site walks to identify potential issues, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Supervise sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
- Review technical documentation, shop drawings, and method statements prior to execution.
- Maintain comprehensive site records, daily progress reports, and inspection logs.
- Coordinate with the project management team to resolve site-related technical queries and design conflicts.
- Perform material inspections to verify quality and adherence to specified requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in M&E site supervision within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of M&E systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection).
- Proficient in interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of integrity regarding site safety.
- Ability to work independently in a demanding site environment.
