This is a critical role designed for an engineering professional who excels in hands-on environments and possesses the leadership qualities necessary to manage complex on-site projects.
As an Installation Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact during the physical realization of our building projects. You will be responsible for the seamless transition from design to reality, ensuring that all technical systems and equipment are installed, configured, and commissioned according to strict engineering standards and client specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the on-site installation of building systems and technical equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Perform detailed configuration and commissioning of technical systems post-installation.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to engineering blueprints and safety standards.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, site foremen, and project managers to maintain strict project timelines.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical solutions for any installation challenges encountered on-site.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for each project phase.
- Enforce and monitor strict adherence to occupational health and safety (HSE) protocols on all job sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in on-site construction, technical installation, or a similar field.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams of technicians and subcontractors.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under project pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site in various weather conditions and project environments.
