Interflour Group, one of the largest flour milling companies in South East Asia, is seeking a high-caliber Institutional Sales Manager to lead our business expansion in Makassar and the surrounding Sulawesi region. This is a pivotal role designed for a strategic sales leader who can bridge communication across international stakeholders and local institutional clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving volume growth within the B2B and institutional segments, including large-scale bakeries, food manufacturers, and hotel chains. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the linguistic capabilities to navigate complex business negotiations in English and Mandarin. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Interflour's footprint in the institutional and B2B sectors across Eastern Indonesia.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead generation through proactive networking and industry analysis.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure product specifications meet the requirements of industrial clients.
- Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts, monthly reports, and market intelligence briefings for regional leadership.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies to ensure healthy profit margins.
- Facilitate smooth communication between local operations and international stakeholders using Mandarin and English proficiency.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable feedback for product development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably within the FMCG, flour milling, or food ingredients industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory (both verbal and written) for high-level business communication.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of the Makassar and Sulawesi regional markets.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and business development activities.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
