Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute institutional sales strategies to penetrate key government, corporate, and educational markets
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value decision-makers across Indonesia and Asia-Pacific
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Negotiate complex contracts while ensuring alignment with company policies and profit objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership
- Represent Interflour Group at industry events and trade conferences to enhance brand visibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of B2B/institutional sales experience with proven track record in FMCG or agribusiness
- Native fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) with cross-cultural negotiation expertise
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and develop actionable sales plans
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating multi-year contracts
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel as required
