- Analyze training needs and develop instructional materials that address specific learning objectives
- Create engaging e-learning modules, job aids, and training documentation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy
- Design and implement assessment methods to evaluate learning effectiveness
- Stay current with instructional design trends and technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evaluation results
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in instructional design or training development
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Portfolio demonstrating instructional design projects
