Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, video scripts, manuals, and assessments.
- Conduct thorough learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and training opportunities.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical content and ensure accuracy in course materials.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive and visually appealing learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance data.
- Maintain and update existing training content to ensure relevance to current business needs and industry standards.
- Develop instructor-led and virtual training curriculum to support diverse learning styles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training development.
- Proficiency in industry-standard authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for visual design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning technology trends.
