As an Instructional Designer Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of training programs tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce. From needs analysis to evaluation, you will apply instructional design frameworks to create engaging learning experiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
Your key responsibilities include designing instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, eLearning modules, and performance support tools. You will also be involved in evaluating training effectiveness and continuously refining materials to improve outcomes. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, and strategic thinking.
We are seeking someone with a proven track record in instructional design and a deep understanding of adult learning principles. Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate is essential. Experience with SCORM and LMS administration is highly desirable.

- Design and develop engaging training programs and instructional materials for various learning formats (instructor-led, eLearning, blended).
- Perform needs analysis to identify learning gaps and propose effective training solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Create assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
- Maintain and update existing training content to align with organizational changes.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to develop interactive eLearning modules.
- Stay current with trends in learning technology and instructional best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or training development.
- Strong proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Solid understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning theories.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM packaging.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and project management skills.
