  • Manage end-to-end policy updates and processing for US-based insurance clients.
  • Maintain and update client information with high accuracy in CRM systems.
  • Conduct professional follow-ups via email and phone to ensure timely document collection.
  • Prepare, review, and issue certificates of insurance and other policy-related documentation.
  • Support the account management team with reporting, data entry, and special projects.
  • Resolve client inquiries by identifying problems and coordinating with senior agents to provide solutions.
  • Monitor renewal cycles and proactively reach out to clients to prevent policy lapses.
  • Ensure compliance with agency standards and state-specific insurance regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or account management (BPO/Insurance experience is a huge plus).
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a focus on US business etiquette.
  • High level of accuracy and extreme attention to detail in data processing.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology or willingness to undergo intensive training.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
