Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end policy updates and processing for US-based insurance clients.
- Maintain and update client information with high accuracy in CRM systems.
- Conduct professional follow-ups via email and phone to ensure timely document collection.
- Prepare, review, and issue certificates of insurance and other policy-related documentation.
- Support the account management team with reporting, data entry, and special projects.
- Resolve client inquiries by identifying problems and coordinating with senior agents to provide solutions.
- Monitor renewal cycles and proactively reach out to clients to prevent policy lapses.
- Ensure compliance with agency standards and state-specific insurance regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or account management (BPO/Insurance experience is a huge plus).
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific tools).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a focus on US business etiquette.
- High level of accuracy and extreme attention to detail in data processing.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Familiarity with insurance terminology or willingness to undergo intensive training.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
