Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding insurance policies, coverage, claims, and other related services.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to policyholders, explaining complex insurance terms clearly and concisely.
- Assist customers with policy updates, premium payments, and basic claim initiation processes.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the designated systems.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal departments for resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient service.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to insurance operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment is strictly required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a significant advantage.
- Availability to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Experience with insurance products or financial services is a plus.
