The successful candidate will be the backbone of our administrative processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining policy records, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring that all regulatory documentation is handled with the utmost precision. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process insurance policy documentation and applications with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all personal and policy information is current.
  • Coordinate with insurance agents and underwriters to facilitate smooth document workflows.
  • Handle incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely assistance.
  • Prepare regular administrative reports and assist in office documentation filing.
  • Support the team in meeting compliance standards and internal operational deadlines.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and office administrative tasks as assigned.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'N' Levels, or a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and basic office management software is an added advantage.
