Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain accurate insurance policy documentation for APAC region operations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external insurance providers to facilitate policy renewals and modifications.
  • Assist in the efficient processing of insurance claims, ensuring all required documentation is complete and verified.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on insurance status, claim progress, and premium schedules for management review.
  • Resolve routine administrative inquiries from employees and regional offices regarding insurance coverage.
  • Support internal audits by providing timely and accurate insurance-related documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within an insurance or human resources environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, terminology, and administrative workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams across the APAC region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong data management capabilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills to work effectively under minimal supervision.
