Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert insurance advice to clients, assessing their needs and recommending suitable products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new insurance products
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy documents to clients
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain required certification
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach to business
