Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized policy recommendations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers
- Present and explain insurance products, coverage options, and pricing clearly
- Process applications, policy changes, and claims with attention to detail
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in community outreach and marketing activities to grow your client portfolio
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or insurance industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting goals
- Customer-oriented mindset with genuine interest in helping others
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Holder of Life Insurance License or willing to obtain one within probationary period
