Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their long-term financial goals.
- Conduct professional financial needs analyses to recommend suitable AXA insurance and protection products.
- Provide expert advice on life insurance, health coverage, and wealth management strategies.
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within Dagupan City and surrounding areas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies during the advisory process.
- Participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Previous experience in insurance, banking, or direct sales is a plus, but fresh graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office applications.
