Tanggung Jawab

  • Review and process insurance claims documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy terms.
  • Communicate professionally with claimants, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to gather necessary information.
  • Maintain an organized digital filing system for all active and completed claims.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update internal claims management software with real-time progress.
  • Identify and escalate complex or high-risk claims to senior management for further review.
  • Verify insurance coverage and policy limits for incoming claim submissions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports regarding claims activity and processing timelines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and internal confidentiality protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the insurance or BPO industry.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and claims management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and meet tight deadlines in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
