Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end insurance programs for industrial risks in manufacturing operations
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for production facilities
- Develop tailored insurance policies covering property, liability, and business interruption risks
- Coordinate with underwriters to optimize coverage terms and premium structures
- Lead claims management processes including investigation, documentation, and resolution
- Ensure adherence to OHS and environmental regulations in risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare risk management reports and loss prevention recommendations for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial risk insurance or underwriting
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, or CIP) preferred
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and associated risks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical data
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in insurance management software and risk assessment tools
