- Process and maintain insurance policies and claims data with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide backend support to insurance agents and customers, resolving queries and escalations.
- Assist in underwriting activities, including document review and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in insurance, backend support, or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic database management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Malay is a plus.
