- Manage premium collection cycles and billing operations for insurance portfolios
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve billing disputes with clients
- Process financial transactions with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Deliver Cantonese-language customer support for premium-related inquiries
- Generate monthly billing reports and reconcile payment records
- Collaborate with collections team to resolve overdue accounts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance billing or collections
- Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
