Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for insurance sector clients
- Lead end-to-end delivery of consulting projects including market analysis, product optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
- Build and maintain executive relationships with insurance company stakeholders across C-suite and operational levels
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities in Indonesia's insurance landscape
- Oversee project teams to ensure timely delivery of consulting deliverables aligned with client KPIs
- Design and implement regulatory compliance frameworks for insurance products and processes
- Mentor junior consultants on insurance industry best practices and methodologies

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 7+ years of insurance industry experience (10+ years preferred) with proven track record in business development or consulting
- Deep expertise in Indonesian insurance regulations, market dynamics, and product lifecycle management
- Strong background in project delivery with demonstrated success in complex insurance transformation programs
- Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans for insurance products or services
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIP, LOMA, PMP) are highly desirable
