Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and streamline current insurance operations workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to define operational requirements and strategic roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flows.
- Provide expert guidance on operational best practices, compliance standards, and risk management within the insurance domain.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports on operational health and project progress.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption of new operational processes.
- Support the implementation of digital solutions and technology upgrades to modernize the operational landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Insurance Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
- Strong background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Proven ability to communicate complex operational concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decision-making.
