Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process laboratory test requests accurately within the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Coordinate the registration and verification of patient samples to ensure correct tracking and reporting.
- Maintain strictly organized electronic and physical filing systems for all laboratory test results and diagnostic records.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the laboratory, nursing stations, and outpatient departments.
- Prepare comprehensive administrative reports regarding lab productivity and diagnostic turnaround times for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols, safety regulations, and patient data confidentiality (HIPAA/GDPR equivalent standards).
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of laboratory office supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Medical Records, Health Information Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a clinical or laboratory administration role is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with electronic health record (EHR) software.
- Strong command of written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive patient data with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and adapt to hospital shift requirements.
