Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze insurance product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancement and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support the development and launch of new insurance initiatives.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for product system updates and ensure all technical requirements are met.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation regarding product specifications, regulatory compliance, and operational workflows.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain the firm’s competitive edge in the market.
- Assist in the review of marketing materials and policy wordings to ensure accuracy and alignment with product features.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and implement continuous improvement strategies for existing product lines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in product analysis or business operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail in process documentation.
- Familiarity with local insurance regulations and product compliance standards in Singapore.
