AdminEdge is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake & Authorization Coordinator to join our growing team in Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for new patients and healthcare providers, managing the end-to-end intake process. We are looking for an experienced professional who excels in accuracy and follow-through to oversee insurance authorizations, scheduling, and referral workflows within our home health division. If you have a strong background in healthcare administration and a passion for streamlining processes to improve patient care, we want to hear from you. Your expertise will ensure that our patients receive timely access to essential home health services while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage comprehensive patient intake processes, ensuring all required documentation is collected accurately and timely.
  • Verify insurance coverage and secure necessary medical authorizations for home health services efficiently.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling for home health visits and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Process and track referrals from physicians and external healthcare partners with high attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system with strict adherence to confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and insurance providers regarding status updates and next steps.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in home health coordination, medical billing, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong understanding of insurance verification and authorization procedures (e.g., PhilHealth, private insurers).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy in high-volume environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
