Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients' vital signs, neurological status, and organ function using advanced monitoring equipment
- Administer intravenous medications, blood products, and specialized treatments with precise dosage calculations
- Perform life-saving interventions including advanced airway management, CPR, and emergency response protocols
- Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and other specialists to develop comprehensive care plans
- Document patient progress, medication administration, and critical incidents using electronic health records systems
- Educate patients and families on critical care procedures, recovery expectations, and home care requirements
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and ensure adherence to JCI/MSQHA standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification from accredited institution
- Valid Malaysian Nursing Board registration with active practicing license
- Minimum 3 years of ICU/CCU experience with acute care rotations
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
- Proficiency in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and arterial line care
- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to prioritize complex patient needs
- Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration and family interactions
