Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive and ensure technical accounting compliance for all intercompany transactions in accordance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/MFRS).
  • Perform comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual intercompany reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of intercompany books and records, ensuring all entries are properly recorded and documented.
  • Collaborate with various business units and entities to facilitate accurate and timely intercompany invoicing and settlements.
  • Support the financial close process by preparing intercompany elimination entries and providing necessary reports for consolidation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within intercompany accounting cycles to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests related to intercompany balances and transactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a significant focus on intercompany transactions, general ledger, or financial reporting.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS or MFRS).
  • Proficiency in large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders across different regions.
