Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end intercompany accounting processes, including processing invoices, journals, and settlement entries.
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies between global entities.
- Coordinate with international finance teams to confirm intercompany balances and facilitate timely settlement of accounts.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, local statutory requirements, and internal controls.
- Prepare regular reporting on intercompany activities for senior management review.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all intercompany transactions are accurately recorded.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations for intercompany accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting, with a focus on intercompany transactions or general ledger.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and multi-currency accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
