We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Intercompany Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Gelugor, Penang.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of intercompany accounts to ensure balances are accurate and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Review and analyze intercompany invoices, credits, and payments to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and distribute monthly intercompany account statements and reconciliation reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve outstanding balances and discrepancies within the intercompany ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules for audits and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for all intercompany transaction records and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to streamline intercompany processes and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in intercompany accounting or general accounting roles.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and intercompany accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
