Vestas is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Intercompany Senior Finance Analyst to join our Global Finance Shared Service Centre in Pasay City. In this pivotal role, you will act as a subject matter expert in intercompany accounting, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of global financial data across our complex organizational structure.
As part of the Vestas finance team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide, resolve discrepancies, and drive process improvements. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and possesses the technical accounting prowess to navigate complex intercompany transactions while maintaining strict compliance with global standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end intercompany reconciliation processes, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies across global entities.
- Perform complex financial analysis and reporting related to intercompany transactions to support global stakeholders.
- Drive continuous process improvements within the Shared Service Centre to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Monitor and enforce global accounting policies to ensure strict compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex intercompany disputes, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with local and regional finance teams to align on intercompany accounting practices and month-end closing activities.
- Participate in system upgrades and user acceptance testing (UAT) for finance-related platforms and ERP enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in general accounting, with a strong focus on Intercompany accounting.
- Proven track record of working within a Global Shared Service Centre or multinational corporation.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and intercompany elimination procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process optimization.
