Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Interface Management Plan and Interface Control Documents (ICD) for the project.
- Coordinate and manage technical interfaces between civil, structural, architectural, and E&M (Electrical & Mechanical) systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including LTA, NEA, PUB, and other relevant government agencies.
- Lead regular interface coordination meetings to identify, track, and resolve potential conflicts between different work packages.
- Review design submissions and technical drawings to ensure compatibility and consistency across all disciplines.
- Monitor on-site progress to ensure that interface requirements are being met and resolve physical clashes during construction.
- Prepare detailed interface reports for senior management, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all interface-related activities comply with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or MRT projects in Singapore.
- Proven track record in Interface Management or Project Coordination roles within a Tier-1 construction firm.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes and regulatory requirements (LTA standards preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project, and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
