You will plan and determine requirements for design drawings, including 3D perspectives and construction drawings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Your role includes leading a team of designers, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining quality control throughout all phases of the project.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise interior design projects from concept development to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
- Plan and determine requirements for design drawings, including detailed 3D perspectives and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installation, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and train junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies to introduce fresh ideas into projects.
- Review and approve design deliverables, providing constructive feedback to maintain consistency and excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Certification in interior design (e.g., ASID, IIDA) is a plus.
