ECO Group of Companies is looking for a skilled Interior Fit-Out Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Puchong, Selangor. In this key role, you will oversee the entire construction process for interior fit-out projects, ensuring that we maintain our reputation for excellence, safety, and timely delivery.
As the Fit-Out Construction Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients, design teams, and on-site contractors. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of interior construction, from initial fit-out plans to final handover. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities, including drywall, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, and painting.
- Monitor project progress against the approved timeline and budget, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and government authorities regarding permits and inspections.
- Prepare and manage daily site reports, material requisitions, and progress updates.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out or construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and preferably experienced with construction management software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites in Selangor and KL.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
