Projects V is seeking a dedicated Interior Project Site Supervisor to oversee our interior construction projects in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between design concepts and on-site reality, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal.
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the execution of interior design projects, acting as the key point of contact on-site. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage teams, ensure strict adherence to timelines, and maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the on-site execution of interior design construction projects.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring that work is completed according to approved designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and the design team to resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify any deviations from the plan.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior construction supervision or site management.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (or strong proficiency in both).
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
