Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for interior projects
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Review and negotiate contracts and variations
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior projects
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and interior finishes
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
