Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review accurate financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes for Australian-based clients.
- Handle complex bank and general ledger reconciliations with a high degree of precision.
- Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS).
- Ensure full compliance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations and reporting requirements.
- Support year-end financial reporting processes and assist with tax return preparation.
- Communicate effectively with client stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide timely updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Australian accounting (outsource or BPO setting is highly preferred).
- Proficient in cloud-based accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online.
- Solid understanding of Australian tax laws, GST, and superannuation requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
