Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process monthly management reports for Australian clients.
- Perform comprehensive bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and payroll tax filings.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
- Ensure all financial data complies with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) standards.
- Support year-end audit preparation and financial statement compilation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks).
- Solid understanding of accrual-based accounting and Australian tax principles.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a remote or office setup.
- CPA certification is an advantage but not required.
