Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and review of year-end financial statements and annual compliance reports.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure all financial transactions are recorded timely.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to local tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare necessary supporting schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Communicate financial findings and recommendations to management effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
