Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and train machine learning models and deep learning algorithms using Python and modern frameworks.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to prepare high-quality datasets for model training.
- Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to define AI requirements and integrate models into production environments.
- Ensure deployed models are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance standards under varying loads.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Document technical architecture, model performance metrics, and best practices for the engineering team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related engineering field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
