Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and lodge monthly/quarterly BAS, VAT, or other statutory reports for international clients.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and client policies.
- Communicate proactively with clients to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and provide financial insights.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring all supporting documentation is filed correctly.
- Support the implementation and migration of accounting software for new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of bookkeeping workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in a bookkeeping or assistant accountant role (offshore/BPO experience is a plus).
- Expert proficiency in Xero and/or QuickBooks Online (certification is highly desirable).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas).
- Excellent understanding of debits/credits, journal entries, and general accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple client engagements.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
