Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for GrabFood's growth initiatives
- Support project planning and execution across cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and tech
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in documenting project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with senior analysts to optimize data collection methodologies
- Contribute to A/B testing design and results interpretation
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
