Tanggung Jawab
- Support data collection, cleaning, and analysis for strategic business projects
- Assist in developing dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify data-driven opportunities
- Contribute to A/B testing design and implementation for platform improvements
- Participate in market research and competitive analysis initiatives
- Support project documentation and stakeholder communication
- Help optimize delivery logistics and customer experience metrics
Kualifikasi
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong data manipulation skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python/R for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
