Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparing, validating, and processing monthly payroll for assigned APAC markets
- Support payroll compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure payroll accuracy
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related inquiries and adjustments
- Maintain organized payroll documentation and filing systems
- Contribute to payroll reporting and analytics initiatives
- Learn and apply Foodpanda's payroll software and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and compliance principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting, pivot tables)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn new systems
- Previous internship experience in finance/administration preferred
