Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman and senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing documents
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives led by the Chairman's Office
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between the Chairman's Office and various departments, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Conduct research and gather information on industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence as requested
  • Support the organization and preparation for board meetings, shareholder meetings, and other corporate events
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records, documents, and files related to the Chairman's Office activities
  • Perform general office duties as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the Chairman or designated supervisors

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
