In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex operational data and actionable business insights, ensuring that our Medical Check-up (MCU) operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will support the operations team in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying trends that drive process improvements and enhanced patient care.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and organization of operational data from various MCU departments.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and track daily operations.
- Generate accurate and timely operational reports for management review.
- Analyze trends in patient throughput, appointment scheduling, and service efficiency.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify bottlenecks and suggest data-driven solutions.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to support decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic SQL.
- Understanding of data visualization concepts (experience with Tableau or PowerBI is a plus).
- Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
