SG Enable Ltd is a premier organization dedicated to fostering an inclusive workforce in Singapore. We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our EA (Enable Asia) team, focusing on training and partner management. In this role, you will contribute to the planning and execution of the FY27 call for proposals, which will identify and appoint inclusive training providers and administer related grants.
You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of training initiatives, maintain accurate partner databases, and assist in the preparation of grant documentation and reports. This internship provides exposure to the full grant lifecycleâfrom proposal evaluation to final awardâwhile supporting SG Enableâs mission to empower persons with disabilities through quality training.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, conducting research on potential training partners, tracking grant progress, and delivering administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will be a current student or recent graduate in business administration, public policy, human resources, or a related field, with a keen interest in inclusion and disability services.

- Assist in the planning and coordination of the FY27 call for proposals for inclusive training providers.
- Support the preparation, review, and tracking of grant documentation and contracts.
- Maintain and update the partner database, ensuring accurate contact and performance information.
- Conduct research on potential training providers, including market analysis and capability assessments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with training partners and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management.
- Detailâoriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interest in inclusive employment, disability inclusion, or workforce development is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus.
- Singapore citizens or permanent residents are preferred; work pass holders may be considered.
