Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding procedures for new joiners and leavers.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and industry trends.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Assist in the administration of payroll and benefits queries.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Capital development and organizational behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning.
