Tanggung Jawab
- Support the HR team in digital transformation initiatives and the implementation of HRIS tools.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and digital communication efforts.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and virtual career fairs.
- Assist in the administration of onboarding and offboarding digital workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR digitalization, HR analytics, and talent acquisition processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive learner with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience or knowledge of HR software or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
