Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the mechanical simulation team in performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on hearing aid components.
- Run thermal and structural simulations to predict real-world product durability.
- Collect and analyze data from mechanical validation and drop tests.
- Collaborate with product designers to optimize assembly fits based on simulation outcomes.
- Maintain documentation for simulation models and test results to ensure technical traceability.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of experimental test rigs for product verification.
- Support cross-functional teams in troubleshooting mechanical design bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Foundational knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) principles and material mechanics.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or Siemens NX).
- Basic experience with simulation software like ANSYS, Abaqus, or COMSOL is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in medical device design and acoustics.
- Ability to interpret technical data and produce clear, concise reports.
- Excellent collaborative skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
