- Facilitate communication and coordination between front office and back office teams
- Support investment division with various projects and requirements as assigned by the Manager
- Assist in the preparation and review of investment documentation
- Participate in meetings and take minutes to ensure accurate documentation
- Help maintain and update databases and systems related to investment operations
- Conduct research and analysis to support investment decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Basic understanding of financial markets and investment operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
